The Rochester Mixed Used project is envisioned as a high-end mixed-use development to accommodate overseas visitors to the nearby Mayo Clinic. It will fill the void for a 5-star luxury hotel and extended-stay serviced apartments. Designed around a winter garden atrium and podium retail, the project consists of an anchoring hotel tower, four apartment towers situated amongst podium rooftop gardens, and townhouses along the vibrant river front. Employees of the San Francisco office, through AE7QA, in participation with AE7, performed space planning, interior design, and 3D visualization. Architect of Record and exterior renderings - AE7.
