Senior Technical Architect

Job Summary 
Candidates must have applicable construction documentation and detailing experience and adequate Construction Administration knowledge to manage a project through completion.  Must have working knowledge of codes, materials, construction processes, systems, and methodologies on complex projects. Ability to effectively communicate with consultants and contractors and coordinating work of consulting engineers and other sub-consultants.

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Master’s Degree in Architecture from accredited program, licensed and LEED a plus

Experience 
10 years of related experience working in a design office  

Qualifications, Skills and Software
• Fluency in Revit, AutoCAD and other 3D modeling software
• All MS Office applications
• Knowledge of model building codes
• Understanding of architecture and interior design, drawings, and specs integration
• Strong ability to coordinate and integrate multidiscipline consultants
• Comfort working with designers and mentoring junior staff
• Research and recommendations for materials and systems being considered for inclusion into the specifications
• Prepare and coordinate specification revisions issued during bidding and construction
• Attend coordination meetings with team and clients as needed
• Develop specifications in close consultation with project teams including formatting and file assembly
• CSI CCS Certification preferred
• CSI Membership preferred

Revit Skills Required
• Minimum of 4 years BIM project experience from DD through CD design phase
• Working knowledge of Revit family creation, standards and maintenance
• Working knowledge of work-sharing collaboration tools
• Familiarity on BIM related software or plug-ins is a plus e.g. Navisworks, CGS, Dynamo, A360, Newforma, etc. 
• Autodesk Revit Architecture 2017 + professional certification is a plus

Lead Design Architect

Job Summary 
Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' experience, an impeccable and modern design sense and the ability to communicate that design in digital and analog formats (read hand sketching!). This is also a key position in our firm where you will be collaborating with principals and other designers, generating inspired design ideas and implementing the design throughout all phases of the project. We are looking for a big thinker, generous collaborator and creative problem solver who can bring those ideas to life.

Education

Architectural Project Manager

Job Summary 
Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' experience, a good design sense and general technical knowledge as well as the ability to work independently, manage schedules and supervise design teams. This is a key position in our firm where you will be managing a wide array of project types including both architecture and interior design. Experience in health and/or animal care a major plus but more importantly, we are looking for someone who has worked on complex projects and has experience in all aspects of the project delivery process. Oh yeah, you must be extremely organized as well!

Education
Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited Architecture or Project Management Program

Experience
 
8+ years of related experience working in a design office 

Qualifications, Skills and Software
• All MS Office Applications
• Fluency with Revit and AutoCAD
• Excellent team leadership skills
• Strong and clear verbal and written communication skills
• Experience managing teams of at least 4 staff
• Experience with SF DBI and Planning Process a plus

This is a key position in our firm where you will be collaborating on the design, documentation and consultant coordination on a wide array of project types. Experience in project management a plus but more importantly, we are looking for someone who has worked on complex projects and has experience in all aspects of the project delivery process.
