Internal Project Description:

Located on the coveted Jumeirah Beach in Dubai, this large private compound was designed to accommodate a royal family and their lavish lifestyle. Designed to the standards of a five star resort, the main residence is organized into two buildings connected by a glass bridge to separate the men's entertaining spaces and the private family spaces. Also on the property are two smaller villas for the sons, servant quarters, and a detached Majlis (living room) for entertainment. Quezada Architecture was contracted to do masterplanning, full service architecture and interior design including sub-consultant coordination, FF&E selection, and specifications.
