The Rochester Mixed-Use project is envisioned as a high-end mixed-use development to accommodate overseas visitors to the nearby Mayo Clinic. It will fill the void for a 5-star luxury hotel and extended-stay serviced apartments. Designed around a winter garden atrium and podium retail, the project consists of an anchoring hotel tower, four apartment towers situated amongst podium rooftop gardens, and townhouses along the vibrant riverfront. 

Employees of the San Francisco office, through AE7QA, in participation with AE7, performed space planning, interior design, and 3D visualization. Architect of Record and exterior renderings by AE7.

Internal Project Description:

Rochester Gardens is envisioned as a regional high-end development to accommodate overseas visitors to the world-class medical and research facilities at the Mayo Clinic. The mixed-use development accommodates a luxury 5-star hotel and extended-stay serviced apartments.
Designed to include a winter garden atrium and podium retail, the project consists of a hotel tower anchoring four individual apartment towers situated amongst podium rooftop gardens, and townhouses along the vibrant river front. Quezada Architecture was contracted to provide space planning and interior architecture design services.
