Ruben Borup

Designer

Ruben is an architectural designer who is also a master at 3d modeling and visualization. He is an integral member of QA’s design teams, where his skills allow him to bring clients projects to life at a very early stage in the design process. Ruben comes from a family of builders, both his father and uncle are carpenters. He spent a fond childhood in his uncle’s workshop which inspired him to choose a career that allowed him to build and create. In architecture school he quickly developed a passion for architectural tectonics and sustainable architecture which he brings into his professional life. At QA, the majority of Ruben’s work revolves around hospitality and retail design. Prior to QA, he spent four years producing renderings for a major tech company in Cupertino,CA.Ruben is a passionate coffee drinker with an unconditional love for dogs. He enjoys gardening, nature hikes, and artisanal bread making.‍
