With a varied background in tenant improvement, hospitality, large-scale urban campus planning, and workplace design, Sean is a knowledgable and adaptable member of the QA team. He is skilled in executing projects from start to finish, navigating the necessary channels for complex repositioning and approvals processes.
Sean graduated from Auburn University and the Auburn Rural Studio in 2007. Prior to QA, he worked on a number of complex projects such as the Millbrae Station Area Specific Plan, repositioning four South Bay tilt-ups at the Mission Technology Campus in Santa Clara, and served as project manager for the Market Center asset repositioning effort for the historic William Knowles Standard Oil towers in San Francisco. He most recently spearheaded the planned development rezoning, CEQA review, planned development permitting, foundation, and building permitting for the one-million-square-foot Santana West development adjacent to the historic Sarah L. Winchester Mystery House in San Jose.
In his free time, Sean is an active member of two San Francisco Masonic Lodges under the jurisdiction of the Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of the State of California, a student of Choy Li Fut Kung Fu, and occasionally enjoys passing time as a day-player or background actor on the sets of commercials, music videos, and feature productions.
