Mixed-Use Community Development
Hawaii
30,000 sf
This development represents the future of the town square, bringing together artists and makers, a public park, performance space, and retail opportunities to enrich the local community. Throughout the design is a commitment to sustainability through the use of modular construction, recycled materials, conservation, passive heating and cooling strategies, and a nod to the utilitarian aesthetic of the surrounding agricultural community.
