This facility provides outpatient services for the local community and surrounding area. The renovation project includes consolidating services and staff from three locations into one regional headquarters. Program requirements for clinical–outpatient services included multiple typologies such as procedure and exam rooms, counseling rooms, open and private workspaces for administrative staff, in-house laboratory and pharmacy, individual counseling rooms, community spaces, meeting rooms, and telehealth services.

Our engagement during planning was comprehensive. The process included various stakeholders as well as patients/constituents to better understand their needs from the facility. This thorough process ensured that all voices were heard and considered.
