The Rochester Mixed-Use project is envisioned as a high-end mixed-use development to accommodate overseas visitors to the nearby Mayo Clinic. It will fill the void for a 5-star luxury hotel and extended-stay serviced apartments. Designed around a winter garden atrium and podium retail, the project consists of an anchoring hotel tower, four apartment towers situated amongst podium rooftop gardens, and townhouses along the vibrant riverfront.
