Vivian Dwyer is an experienced architectural designer with more than 25 years of expertise in residential, affordable housing, healthcare, and mixed-use projects.Her work spans all phases of design and construction, from early feasibility studies and entitlement coordination through construction administration.

She is recognized for her strong design sensibility, technical coordination, and ability to manage complex projects involving clients, consultants, contractors, and city agencies. Her portfolio includes affordable housing developments, high end custom residences and interiors, healthcare interiors, and adaptive reuse projects, with a focus on thoughtful detailing, sustainability, and creating spaces that foster community and connection.

Vivian has been actively involved with the AIA San Francisco Public Policy and Advocacy Committee, serving as chair for two years, is an avid cyclist, and artist.
